Substance Audio is the record label offspring from Edinburgh’s Substance, a cult techno and electronica club which has in 5 years grown from its basement roots to occupy a central place in the country’s underground music network.

The club’s wide-ranging booking policy – which has brought Jeff Mills, Paul Daley [Leftfield], Clark and Luke Vibert and many others to the City – was mirrored in the diverse first release on Substance Audio, a ten track compilation to featuring the likes of Neil Landstrumm, Forward Strategy Group, Ital Tek and Altern8’s Mark Archer.

Substance will be curating the Sunday night at The Tall Trees, and with several EPs currently being prepared for release later in the year, expect the session to feature a host of new, exclusive label material, hand picked classics and the usual Substance party attitude.
