The Plaisance Lounge

Hidden beyond the Landing Stage, inside the Castle’s walled gardens, the Plaisance is a sanctuary of rare plants and ancient trees (including two incredible 1,500-year-old yews). The Portavibe Hi‑Fi crew, with their homemade sound system, will be transforming the space into a fresh, friendly, queer space to relax, eat, and keep your body moving until late.

You’ll experience live music and DJ sets with an eclectic mix of genres, from live experimental jams, intimate singer‑songwriter sets to synth‑led electronic, jazz, disco, house, Latin rhythms, psychedelic moods, spoken word – and more.

The Lounge at the Plaisance will be serving alcohol‑free beers, spritzes, mocktails and wellness shots, alongside vegetarian and vegan toasties and snacks to keep you feeling on top form throughout the weekend.
