In The Neverending Glen, the “Clothes Hospital” aims to provide a space for festival-goers to repair and personalise their damaged clothing, tents, and sleeping bags while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the Kelburn Garden Party.
Participants can drop in at their convenience, where they will have access to second-hand materials for creating patches and the opportunity to engage in a community-focused mending circle. These drop-in activities encourage creativity and connection among attendees, cultivating a warm and supportive environment amidst the bustling festival.
Additionally, there will be a collaborative tree loom installation, where everyone who participates can contribute a piece of fabric, ultimately visualising the interconnectivity of the community.
