Hometown Sound System is a Glasgow-based artist collective & community movement founded in 2016 by James Hometown, supported by Sippa Seb & the Hometown Posse who curate Hometown Corner at KGP every year since 2024.
Hometown provides a platform for DJs, musicians and visual artists; creating spaces that celebrate creativity, connection, community and resistance through sound system culture; producing shared energy and building an inclusive cultural home open to everyone.
