Seosamh Mac is a songwriter, Irish speaker & traditional musician from Belfast, Ireland. From fierce joy to righteous anger; from mischievous spirits to cries for freedom; social activism, Irish myth, and questions of love & identity are just some of the inspirations for these songs, all of which on this first EP are in the Irish language.
Seosamh crafts songs by blending Irish traditional music with flavours from other genres & cultures from around the world; emphasising respect & solidarity between our struggles; telling stories of our shared humanity and creating music to move the body and stir the soul.
